We act as a legal representative pursuant to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and pursuant to the regulation addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online (TCOR).

Do you need to Appoint a legal representative pursuant to the DSA and/or THE TCOR?
- You are a company based outside the EU/EEA*; and
- You don’t have an establishment (DSA) or main establishment (TCOR) in the EU/EEA*; and
- You are a provider of intermediary services in the EU/EEA* (DSA); and/or a provider of hosting services, disseminating information to the public, in the EU/EEA* (TCOR);
- $You need to appoint a DSA and/or TCOR legal representative in the EU
*EEA = European Economic Area, which includes Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.

Your company is located in the EU/EEA
The GDPR applies to your company but you don’t need to appoint an EU Representative because you’re established in the EU/EEA.
